Building Bridges has ended

The “Building Bridges: Eastern Iowa Assistive Technology Conference” will provide an opportunity to see first hand the latest in assistive technologies (AT), practices, and services for school-age students with disabilities. This AT conference will serve as a unique opportunity for professionals, parents, administrators and service providers to exchange and gather information on the current status and assistive technology tools available for consideration.

Clair Judas works for AEA 267 in Cedar Falls, IA. For 19 years, Clair taught students with special needs. Since the 2000-2001 school year he has worked as a Special Education Technology Specialist, supporting students and teachers in both the general and special education settings through staff development and direct supports. He has been a member of the AEA 267 Assistive Technology Team since its inception and enjoys finding ways to help students access curriculum and demonstrate what they know. He works closely with the AEA 267 Instructional Technology consultants, broadening his horizons and learning about additional tools to use in both the general and special education settings.
